Made from 85% Shiraz, 15% Pinot Noir, the wine is barrel-fermented and aged on lees for 4 months to build depth and texture in the wine. Bright, aromatic and juicy pink in the bottle, notes of melon and spice with a subtle, savoury edge. Drink it in the sun with some pastrami to snack on.
