A bread and butter pudding made to embellish your Easter celebrations. Baked with locally made panettone, chocolate, brandy and cream, it's an indulgent dessert to end your meal.
Only available for celebrations over the Easter long weekend - from Wednesday, 27 March to Saturday, 30 March.
Panettone, Eggs, Thickened Cream, Milk, Sugar, Honey, dark chocolate, almonds, pear, sultanas, orange rind, lemon rind, wheat flour, brandy.
This is a cooked product, best consumed within 3-5 days.
Each portion of bread and butter pudding will weigh approx. 600g, serving 3 people.
Microwave for 3 minutes on high, turn out on to baking tray. Cover liberally with caster sugar and bake at 200c for 15 minutes until golden brown all over and internal temperature is 65c.
